What We Do

FSPConsult focuses on providing a wide range of consulting services to financial service providers, ordinary retailers and motor dealers in their start-up phase and on-going operations within the financial service sector. We assist our clients with growth opportunities to expand their offerings into other financial dimensions by providing consulting services in the areas of business development, cell captive consulting and management services, FAIS licence assistance, KI function and regulatory compliance support and/or advice for different categories of short term insurance in the financial service industry and on-going support to ensure success and profitability of the business.

Cell Captive Consulting and Management

FSPConsult is a consulting company providing the full spectrum of services necessary for the structure, formation, management and regulatory compliance of captive insurance businesses.

FSP/FAIS Licensing Assist Services

FSPConsult assists with the application process from start to end and provide guidance on the required licence and product categories to our clients. We assist with the application, submission, follow through progress and provide ongoing feedback until final outcome.

Compliance and Risk Management for Short-Term Insurance

FSPConsult offers a professional consultancy service in the area of regulatory compliance for short term insurance to assist clients manage their business risks and meet regulatory requirements as prescribed by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, No 37 of 2002 "FAIS".

Key Individual (KI Services)

FSPConsult provides clients with solutions to meet the above FAIS requirements by offering outsourced Key Individual functions for short term insurance providers. We provide our clients with professional FSB registered Key Individuals for new FAIS applications, FSP sub-category additions to existing licence to assist with management and/or oversight role of the Financial Services Provider.
